Or a single release before LOTB 2020 and a new song in the set...
That's also a possibility, since it was done before twice - in 2003 and in 2010.

I think Wildest Dreams was a cold response when they played it live before the album was released.
TouchéPeople hadn't heard it.
Listen to reposnse to Hallowed! on BOH, or the Trooper on the Ipswich 83 bootleg, very muted response to those absolute classics purely because the punters were hearing them songs for the first time.
Rainmaker should've been the first single.
Yep, a really great Maiden single that could have been as big now as the Wicker Man is if it had have been released first.
Or if it was played live more than on one tour. Such an amazing song.
They released a new album after the Maiden England tour and didn't play a song from that on the last leg.IF they really are releasing an album after the Legacy tour it would make sense to play a song from it. Would look slim if come the end of the tour there is no info on an album
No, but The Book of Souls wasn't recorded when the toured Maiden England. This time they have (most likely). This tour isn't tied to a specific era like Maiden England was, so they could include a new song. I don't think they will though, I have changed my mind since the Donington/Belsonic announcement. They released a new album after the Maiden England tour and didn't play a song from that on the last leg.
You also said that the 2018 tour would have a show at the Nou Camp in Barcelona with Judas Priest and Anthrax supporting. Nobody believed that either.I think new album will be released autumn 2020, I said that 2 years ago, nobody believed that.
If next year's tour does end on July 25th, I wonder what the chances of a late 2020 or very early 2021 release would be especially since they have started some recording. And they could get more work done on the album between now and the start of the tour.
