I need to send some info to the friend asking of the next album, so there's only rumours going, different dudes of the band spotted in Paris and Shirley deleted some post that was on twitter/facebook. Is there more proof and confirmation of the album being done?

Right, bear with me as this is going to be a lengthy post. Apologies for those who have been through all this already, though it might be useful as a summary.
I’ve included as many links as I can, but some things were deleted or edited shortly after the original post.
March 31st 2018 - Steve says in an interview that Iron Maiden will begin working on a new album early 2019 “Well, as is normal after a very long tour, we will take some time off… well, rather them, because I plan to do some performances with British Lion this fall in Canada, Latin America and Japan, and I’ll have to put the band back to the point. But I think that at the beginning of the year we will meet to start working on new issues, in fact we already have several ideas and some half-assembled songs for a new album.”

Fast forward to 2019,
In January people who attended a Iron Maiden related event (at cart and horses i think?) said someone confirmed Maiden will record a new album in March.
Towards the end of Feb the band members schedules seem to start wrapping up other activities. The instagram accounts of the various wives reveal that Nicko is in London, Adrians vacation in the Bahama’s is finished, and Bruce only has a handful of book tour dates left.
March 1st - Kevin Shirley is heading to Europe
March 2nd - Kevin is in Paris, at a restaurant 15 mins from Guillaume Tell Studios (where they recorded BNW and TBOS)

Kevin continues to post various instagram pics in Paris throughout March-end of May
March 11th - Floating Point Audio post on Facebook “Looptrotter Monster testing at Studios Guillaume Tell test by Kevin Shirley for Iron Maiden”

"I left my family for Paris, where I spent the next three months working very hard on an unnamed but not-very-secret project."
During the recording process Kevin Shirleys social media was relentlessly spammed by Maiden fans asking about the project, hence "unnamed but not-very-secret"

This will be the longest gap between two albums. They can either announce the album somewhere in mid august (it wouldn't really affect the tour and take the highlight) and release in in early november. But much more likely scenario is that they will announce it around Christmas, release it in...

Well you wont get that until the band is ready to release it, at this stage it's pretty obvious an album is done and im 100% sure it will come out after the Legacy Tour probably September so I doubt we will hear anything until next year and any hints Bruce may give at the gigs.

At the beginning of June things seem to have tailed off, with Kevins instagram suggesting that IM17 is done and he’s onto other projects.
Are you sure Bruce being in Paris was not just as a result of having a new girlfriend?

So British Lion is touring the USA Jan/Feb 2020. They are coming to Atlanta, I will have to go for sure. Along with the 3rd leg of LOTB we will be lucky now if we see an album before the end of 2020

Nah totally different things most people don't care about British lion anyway get the album out be forgotten by the end of January haha. Maiden will do there thing and get an album out still. British lion won't have any impact on maiden sales or plans so it doesn't matter.

They didn't. And we have known that since 2017. Kevin Shirley spilled the beans that he and Maiden had studio time planned sometime in the future.
