Personally I think the copy and paste was the lesser of 2 evils as the crowd aren't in unison. Not surprising considering there was so many of them. Maybe the crowd noise could have been doctored to sound better. But aye, it irks a bit and cant be unheard.

I'm the same, I'm not against the copy and paste as a point of principle, just that it was done bad. I'd have preferred an overdub to a bad copy and paste. Luckily, it was only in very small sections of the album. As Lego says, the Clansman ones are hilarious.

Yes you are correct. There used to be a forum for non fan club members and that was taken down, so only paid up fan club members can use the forum now.

That happened much later than in 2002 and was as a result of some users posting hardcore porn to complain about some petty stuff Maiden management might have been responsible of.

The second half of the rant is on both versions, but the first half were he thanks Halford and Sepultura and says that everyone who thinks britney fuckin spears is cool are "motherfuckers" and "lame fucks" and that "iron maiden are gonna rip your fuckin heads off" is not on the official version.
