As I said before, I'm very skeptical that Turkey actually has no cases of Coronavirus.
Well, it's more because the number of cases is irrelevant, the number of cases per person is far more relevant.

Correct. It's a terrible map, just designed to splash a bunch of red across Europe and scare people like @Black Wizard that are apparently easily scared.

The main problem with the map is that they're colouring each country by category regardless of the size or population of each country. It's particularly unhelpful for Russia which could end up with several hundred cases outwith the domain of the map. Colouring Kaliningrad the same shade as the rest of Russia is also pointless.
