Shirts will probably be even more expensive at the venues. Will definitely get the main tour shirt (the SIT one has this rather ugly green/beige/yellow/brown-ish colour unfortunately), but man, did I forget how expensive Maiden shirts are compared to other bands lol
I am sure there will be a shirt with a Dan Mumford design. Alexander the Great is a good bet for which song will get the artwork for the front.I want a Icarus/Revelations style shirt (the 2018 illustrated one), but this time with Alexander/Hell On Earth.
This! The merch prices at Gojira's shows went through the roof earlier this year. I'm fully expecting Maiden's merch prices to be even higher at actual venues.Shirts will probably be even more expensive at the venues.

I wish they would play this:I just hope we don't have a second encore break again.
£50 quid for a zombie print!
Ka-ching!
Yep. I just hope we will get a shirt with only Senjutsu Eddie on it (with whatever background - fields, castle, futuristic world), this is still the new album tour after all. Like that SIT Eddie only shirt (not a brand new artwork with him, btw).So far not much products... They don't want to reveal special songs too early
Stranger in A Strange Land is a given.
I think it's safe to say that Hell On Earth is a given.Nothing is set in stone.
I wouldn't be happy with that, but if it means having live footage of Long Distance Runner or Deja-Vu... why not.I think it would be intresting to have the situation like we had with Charlotte the Harlot in 2005, Stranger in a Strange Land in 1999 or Paschendale in 2010, a song that is only played for the first few shows. Caught Somewhere in Time perhaps? Or perhaps a Senjutsu song.
I agree.Considering how easy it seems to make a pretty believable 5+5+5 setlist that seems like a safe bet, I'm expecting the actual setlist have have a few curveballs that weren't either seen as likely or didn't happen to be predicted.
On TBOS for example most people had the pulse on which new songs would be played but I don't think Blood Brothers, Wasted Years or Powerslave were particularly popular predictions at all, even if somewhat logical. Sign of the Cross was a similar surprise in the LOTB set and (if Nicko hadn't spoiled it) Where Eagles Dare too.
Meanwhile, they didn't include a single Somewhere in Time song, although IIRC that was because HCW was once again vetoed by the crew and they played Wicker Man instead. But still, it was an odd omission. I'm expecting at least one similar unpredictable omission this time.
Let's hope so. I want for Alexander, Hell On Earth and Parchment.I want a Icarus/Revelations style shirt (the 2018 illustrated one), but this time with Alexander/Hell On Earth.
I'm pretty sure they figured out which songs they will play and probably rehearsed some of them on their own. They can spend more than a day for a song, there is enough time (1 month). There is footage of them getting everything ready for a tour in TFF tour documentary.Only 23 days left and Bruce did his jon lord show 3-4 days ago and his spoken thing 2 days ago. it seems to me that there is short time to re-learn new odd songs and add them to the setlist. does anyone remember how long they rehearse for the previous tours? and do you think they spend more than a day to fully play a song like alexander the great or let's say hell on earth... i really would love to see how they prepare, how they do the choreography and all... but they never show the band behind the curtains...
I doubt. Last year was because of the Spitfire. Although we can expect a big inflatable prop this time too, I guess.I just hope we don't have a second encore break again.
Mine would be:I wish they would play this:
Run to the Hills
Running Free (maybe Deja Vu)
Wasted Years
Gojira merch is generally of a very good quality and fit as well, I don't tend to buy so much band merch nowadays because more often than not, in the UK at least, they are a standard Fruit of the Loom or Gildan t-shirt with the design printed on, they're not overly comfortable and aren't fitted at all and rarely worth £30+ imo.Gojira was more expensive because they print on sustainable merch
YesToo many long songs to end the set?
Why?I think it's safe to say that Hell On Earth is a given.
That's crazy man!Btw, I still have my Krakow GA ticket up for sale cause I can't go. Seems as if no one wants to have it, it'll be wasted in the end.
