RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I dunno why but Promo art gives me very bad No Prayer On the Road tour vibes. Compared to Legacy and Future Past tours very casual and unprofessional art style. What if the biggest surprise will be that they will mostly play the songs from No Prayer and Fear + several 80s hits. So this upcoming tour in reality is 90s tour in disguise. :scared:
I really think they're going this way. I may be a little too optmistic after Future Past Tour (or before, since I haven't seen it yet...counting the days to December 7th, when I'm going to see it in São Paulo), but I think this could be a continuation of the history (not greatest hits) tours, giving a special attention to NPFTD and FOTD (something like 1/3 of the setlist beeing from these albuns). The poster artwork, the sequency of the history tours, that have already covered all the albuns from IM to Seventh Son, and the fact that SIT was finally honored in the current tour (with No Prayer remaining as one of the least revisited album) are things that point in this direction, in my opinion.

Of course this would be a bit disappointing to the "play the classics" fans, who would be trolled expecting them to play something like Somewhere Back In Time 2.0, but, after The Future Past, I think the band is looking more carefully to us, the diehard fans, trying to play more deep cuts and unexpected ones. Besides that, the announcement of it as an "50th Anniversary Tour", covering the first 9 albuns, is still attractive for the casual fans, what can be enough to quickly sold out all the shows that were announced today.

Here I am wanting more input
Also I want it to be a surprise.

I know I can't resist leaks and will hate myself for it

LOTB original setlist will certainly be more fitting with a 50th anniversary tour than the next one. In fact, LOTB 2018 is probably among the top 3 or 5 Maiden tours ever.
Thats Wash my thought. And the cant do the same again like give me ed. So i expectat epics

I'm sure it'll be brilliant but a tour covering their whole career for their fiftieth would've felt more exciting for me.
The catalog of the first nine albums put Maiden on the map. They were already established by the time the reunion came. Whether it was due to the sheer quality of the songs is debatable, but the Internet and streaming (say, from 2005 onward... for the late comers like myself) changed everything.

Feel like they blew their load a bit with LOTB. The concept for this tour seems a bit vague and flimsy by comparison.

Not a big fan of the tour artwork, especially when compared to the Future Past (2023 and 2024) ones which I thought were outstanding. But I'm glad folks will have a chance to see Maiden again on a new tour again next year. I'm sure the 2026 portion of the tour will consist of North America which will be great.

No sense in riling myself up over what setlist decisions will be made, but we were so (pleasantly I might add) surprised by Future Past that part of me thinks there's no way they uncover that deeply again. Then the other part of me hopes that if they can bust out playing Alexander the Great after 36 years then anything is possible.
