RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I dunno why but Promo art gives me very bad No Prayer On the Road tour vibes. Compared to Legacy and Future Past tours very casual and unprofessional art style. What if the biggest surprise will be that they will mostly play the songs from No Prayer and Fear + several 80s hits. So this upcoming tour in reality is 90s tour in disguise. :scared:
No Prayer and Fear of the Dark combined with Iron Maiden and Killers.

I don’t like the artwork. It looks AI generated.

The more I think about it the more disappointing I think the theme of the tour is.

Agreed. I am sure I will have a blast with my family at the gig, but the whole idea of celebrating 50 years with a setlist from 1980 to 1992 reeks of pure cabaret. And this coming from a band who has always boasted about being so proud of their most recent material makes it somewhat disappointing.

The theme of the tour is meh. But so was Legacy Of The Beast until the first show. That's when it became that incredible, albeit too long, tour it was.

At least LOTB had those hints in the tour logo which were super fun. I wish they would do that again.

I think a lot of things depend on the setlist and production. Too early to judge.

Well...isn't the tour they are doing right now heavy on their most recent material?

I wouldn’t call 1/3 of the set as being heavy on their most recent material. You can argue that the tour is much heavier on the material that would be covered again next year. Or as heavy on material off an album released nearly 30 years ago. :P

So... This time promo art is meh / weak. Extrapolate that to the stage set ---> wall of Marshalls will return. :applause:
Interesting question to me is: which album will serve as reference point to the BIG EDDIE?

I don't want it to be debut album Eddie or No Prayer Eddie. Killers Eddie would be OK. My favorite candidate is Fear of the Dark Eddie. Do you remember that Donington 1992 Eddie :scared: With that blue, trees, big moon drape it would be spectacular, imo

Yes.

But for a tour that’s supposed to celebrate the bands 50th anniversary they should include all eras.
The great majority of Maiden fans, and especially those not on these boards, don't care about the 90s to present. Sure, I would love to have all eras as well but this is how the band wants to honor their 50th anniversary. It does promise to be their most spectacular show ever. So I am excited for that.

Nothing can beat the World Slavery Tour one! I vote for that one.

Only 27 shows is too bad. Lots of people won't get to see it. I guess that's the concession to their ages. As recently as the Book of Souls tour they were doing 70+ shows. Oh, well.
