RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Bruce says "push the boat out" or smt like this on that video. So maybe this means rime.
The scenery and prop (maybe) for Rime would be curious. They can do some cool things with the screens. Ships and waves and especially for the calm middle part. Can't wait to see.

Not to worry, they've got a clever trick up their sleeve they've been very deliberately holding out on until now, when it would have the most impact: downtu-hahahaha yeah right. Rime should be easy enough, it's RTTH as the last encore I'm worried about. 2018 he was still incredibly on form, but now it's seven years later and Bruce's voice isn't really there in the same way.

He can push it in the first few songs, but by the encore it's really obvious he's way out of his natural range by now. That's how the cookie crumbles, no matter how much he or his fans want to deny it. You can't fight nature.
Considering that he put Darkside Of Aquarius (which is arguably one of the toughest songs he ever recorded, along with Aces High) almost always at the end of the main set or into the encores during his solo tour, I think he has exactly 0 awareness of this.

I think “setlist for the ages” means more a setlist that brings together all the hits- Although we here would like something different.

But not Maiden (or Bruce) on a ship. If something went wrong, the headlines “Maiden (or Bruce) on a sinking ship” together with a photo of that would write themselves. I would never have recommended that to anyone.

If they do a deeper cut from POM, I hope it's Still Life and not Boots. Revelations and especially Flight of Icarus won't be played I think. Flight of Icarus might never be player again tbh.
I also hope for Still Life and I prefer it to Boots. Revelations should be omitted for now, played quite often since the Reunion.
But I think Icarus has a chance, Steve likes the tempo now and it's a popular classic, although they can't beat the prop. Why do you think so? I don't expect it though because they did it recently. Which I guess can also be said for the likes of Children, Powerslave.
I think it will be mostly the standard classic/hits setlist, but with 3 deep cuts that haven’t been played in a while and 1 song that’s never been played.
Something like that methinks. It's very possible after the latest tour, the same approach.

I thought so too, but at the same time, why not throw in some surprises for a 50th anniv. It can happen. Not that this is a pure 50 years set. And you know, considering the fresh current setlists, new drummer, a chance for some 80's gems/do something for the early 90's.
