I don't think they will play at Rock For People festival, just 3 day gap between Amsterdaym and Nova Rock and they already played this year in Prague at Letnany Airport.

The more I think about the Knebworth gig, I wish they had just announced 2 shows in the O2 Arena. They could have used the reasoning of ‘We wanted to give the crowd in London the chance to experience this tour inside’. I am not convinced Knebworth will sell lots of tickets, but I want to be proven wrong.

Joking aside, I guess booking San Siro costs and arm and a leg and there might have been a bidding war between Italian promoters to secure the Maiden gig.

I guess the Imagine Dragons gig last May was an exception, as it was definitely cheaper than other European gigs (I also saw them in Lille).

Yea.. But the Norwegian krone is really weak these days. I miss the days when one euro was below 8 NOK. It's around 12 now. But I can't say I react if beer prices are around 8-9 euros. That's... normal.
