Maiden Albums: Head to Head

My love for Maiden started by being hooked by a non-Bruce album (the debut: Prowler did it immediately), I've made countless of positive posts in favour of non-Bruce Maiden, since I joined the internet in 1998. And my Maiden top 50 which I made in 2012 happens to consist out of 12 non-Bruce songs. If I'd do it again I'll probably add one or more TBOS. My appreciation for all the chapters in the fine history of our beloved band shines through.

For me, The X Factor is indisputably the better album. Somewhere in Time remains one of my lesser Iron Maiden records, better only than three or four others.
 
Two match-ups are currently tied. Still 6-3 to 'Somewhere in Time' though and the match-ups that the SIT songs are currently winning are not close enough for TXF to win overall. Sad!

Lord of the Flies - Wasted Years (A pretty brutal pairing, but still had no second thoughts about going LotF.)
