8-3 for 'A Matter of Life and Death'

Despite this being a crushing victory I like some of the 'Killers' songs a lot. Particularly the title track, 'Drifter' and 'Wrathchild'. However, some of the 'A Matter of Life and Death' songs are among my all-time favourite Iron Maiden songs, and it took me about four years to appreciate this album too.

Killers vs Reincarnation was the hardest one; Hocus Pocus has some cool guitarwork so it still crushes Purgatory.

An album that has grown a lot on me versus my third favourite Maiden record of all time - 8-3 for AMOLAD

Some of the choices were actually tough; I love both Ides of March, Another Life and Killers and were tempted to vote for them. Genghis Khan is also Maiden's best instrumental by far, but up against The Longest Day there's little one can do.

This one was really easy, the only two songs I care about on Killers are Wrathchild and Purgatory (well Prodigal Son is quite cool and different but against Lord of Light, no comptetition here) so 9-2 for AMOLAD!
