He used to busk (as you saw him doing for a bit, after all the abuse) outside TGI on Buchanan St. Lots of Bob Marley, usually. I remember him busking there at least as long as 5+ years ago.

Paice, Gillan, Glover, Morse, Airey. Sound was great. Lots of cool solos. I expected Gillan to struggle a lot, but he was pretty good, though the setlist was probably made to suit his now limited range.
