In other news: One of my colleagues was screwed by one of the Microsoft scam callers today.

I wouldn't expect that of a 30+ old guy with a university degree in cybernetics ... and the phone number was from fucking Taiwan! He came to my office at 10 asking if cyber crime is a problem here in Norway (he's from India) and told me that this "support" guy had told him to download several remote access tools from the web ... I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I'll give him one thing, though: He had suspected it was a scam, and disconnected his computer from the web. Last I saw of him today, he was busy reinstalling his operating system ...
