A member of the official Iron Maiden board, who is well connected in the music business, casts doubt to those figures based on the boxscores that have been released so far.

I've tried to decipher these numbers and they do not make sense at all. Only 7 cities and 8 shows are reported so far, and only 10 headline shows are performed in the first half of 2018, which is what the report is based upon (ending on June 30th). The average turnout for the seven cities reported are 21,206 and the average gross is USD 1,762,832. Even if you include the festivals, Maiden only played 17 cities in the first half of 2018 - report says 19.
