Which is mirrored in the lyrics he writes. Steve's autobiography in this regard could be interesting and not as time-consuming to read:
"And then we went on tour
And then into the studio
And then we went on tour
And then into the studio...
Wo-oh-oh
Wo-oh-oh-oh-oh"
In other words he now ignored it and be happyBruce addressed Steve’s lyric writing style as coming first from rhythmic necessity.
He said once he accepted it for what it was, it no longer frustrated him.

Is anyone suggesting they have a problem with Steve's lyrics??In other words he now ignored it and be happy
He is a lot more verbal these days, and his last interviews (for the last couple of years) are quite interesting. He is not the kind of big-mouthed guy who will talk bullshit for hours. It's just that most of the time he doesn't think his life is that interesting. As for his lyrics, Tears of a Clown definitely shows what a good lyricist he can be.Which is mirrored in the lyrics he writes. Exactly. I can sort of see the point about "rhythmic necessity" on some of the really early stuff but there's a million miles between something like "Prowler" and "To Tame A Land", and the same again between that and "Blood Brothers". Personally I never thought Steve was lacking in skills at either lyric writing or giving interviews, but obviously both were going to improve continually with experience. And I actually like him better for not having a big mouth .He is a lot more verbal these days, and his last interviews (for the last couple of years) are quite interesting. "A problem" would be overstating it, but I truly prefer the music he writes to the vocal melodies and lyrics he writes. Is anyone suggesting they have a problem with Steve's lyrics??
For the lyrics, I get it, but most of his vocal melodies are fantastic, and even more since he mostly concentrates on these. The BoS (song) is a perfect example..."A problem" would be overstating it, but I truly prefer the music he writes to the vocal melodies and lyrics he writes.
Dude, what the fuck are you talking about?
