Blabbermouth helpfully cherry picked the most interesting thing. When asked if Iron Maiden are working on a new album, he replied "Watch this space: IronMaiden.com. That's all I've gotta say."

That basically means yes. :lol:
 
Oh. well! I guess there won't be any real update via this thread for at least another 8 months.

Not sure about that. Bruce might reveal something HUGE in his speeches during LOTB part 3; very big revelations that will turn this thread upside down like: "Tonight it's your last chance to here some of our oldest tunes because we have recorded new songs." :)

Whether it'd be HUGE is debatable, but yeah, I reckon we'll get to hear slightly revised version of his 2019 speech:

"We're not playing any new songs tonight... but next time we come to *Country/City X" we'll have a shitload of brand new songs for you all!"
 
I think the next Maiden release could be the Live albums remasters, maybe next month. (Usually there's a 4 months gap between remasters series) so:
Live Remasters I (February)
  • Maiden Japan
  • Live After Death
  • Live at Donnington
  • A Real Live One
  • A Real Dead One
If they release a second one with the live albums (2000-2020)…
Live Remasters II (June)
  • Rock in Rio
  • Death on the Road
  • Flight 666
  • En Vivo
  • Live Chapter
Legacy of the Beast Live album/dvd (August or September)

I guarantee you there won't be a legacy tour release before the new album it's not happening

They will release five live albums as part of the remasters. I think those five are Live After Death, Rock in Rio, Death on the Road, Flight 666 and En Vivo. If I recall correctly.
