Here all officially released non-album songs, recorded by Pink Floyd in the sixties. The first six were released two days(!) ago, and if people have no easy access to them (e.g. via YouTube), then I can imagine that we leave them out. I guess we can better take a look at their accessibility when the time comes. Last seven are from the Zabriskie Point soundtrack: the original release had 3 Pink Floyd songs (one is a re-recording of "Careful with That Axe, Eugene", carrying a new title: "Come in Number 51, Your Time Is Up"), the bonus disc from the 1997 re-release contains 4 extra songs. Some are worthwhile to be considered (in case we won't do them all).

* There's a live version of Careful with That Axe, Eugene on Ummagumma, but in case live songs won't be featured (big chance, I guess?), we can use one or two studio versions.

"Embryo", released in 1970 on a record company sampler, is another non-album track worthy of consideration.
 
I have an idea. A game that leads us through a decade of albums. E.g. albums in the 1970s.

Everyone who wants, can mention an amount of bands (e.g. 5 or 10), and then we'll go through from 1970 to 1979 and we'll present all albums from these bands, per year. In the end we have "10 year" winners, battling each other.
Objective 1: what is the most favourite album of the decade.
Objective 2: let's play as many albums as we can and learn/appreciate some nice music. ;-)
 
I'd play that as long as we got to the present... and I'd most likely not participate that much until we get to the 1980's.
 
I'm sorry to say I won't have time to start Stevie Wilson's n00bvivor until late January at least :( However, as a temporary replacement, I'd be able to start an Amorphis Survivor right this evening since I've had it in the can for a while. So what does everyone think about that? :P
 
This is just looking out for the future, but would there be any interest in a Kamelot survivor? They don't get much conversation around here, but I imagine Maiden fans would like them.

If I could participate as a n00b, I'm all in. I have heard zero songs by them.
Wait, no, I have heard the one with Alissa White-Gluz, that one with the funny video.
