Opeth referendum?

It might be interesting to do a "worst album by otherwise well-regarded bands" inverse survivor, to identify the worst of the worst. Metallica's St. Anger, Blaze Bayley's The King Of Metal, Black Sabbath's Forbidden, etc...

Queensryche - Dedicated To Chaos
Helloween - Chameleon
Celtic Frost - Cold Lake

Cool idea. So the winner is actually the loser?

We did worst song ever once. All I'll say is that listening to that much bad music for the duration of a survivor style game takes a lot out of you, I would probably skip it. Also people get their feelings hurt (but what else is new for these games?).

See? The game has been dead for almost a decade and it's still hurting people's feelings. :P

I'd be interested in a game to determine this group's favorite Maiden title track. If one allows a somewhat lax interpretation of the phrase 'title track' - allowing Still Life for PoM and Caught Somewhere in TIme for SiT - there are 14 Maiden albums with title tracks. It would be interesting to have multiple rounds with brackets pitting the oldest albums vs. the newest (see potential Round 1 matchups below).

If folks here are interested in this idea I could create a rudimentary poll.
Or if someone who actually knows what they're doing wants to take it up even better. Is anyone interested?

Proposed Round 1 Matchups:
1. Iron Maiden
17. Senjutsu

2. Killers
16. The Book of Souls

3. The Number of the Beast
15. The Final Frontier

4. Still Life*
13. Dance of Death

5. Powerslave
12. Brave New World

6. Caught Somewhere in Time**
9. Fear of the Dark

7. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
8. No Prayer for the Dying

* Still Life lyrics include a Piece of Mind reference
** CSIT - Close enough

p.s. - I realize some rounds would have odd numbers of title tracks - for example Round 2 would include 7 winning title tracks from Round 1. Maybe the way to deal with these scenarios is to carry forward the highest vote getter out of the previous round's losing title tracks? I'm open to any other ideas.
