I think Maiden covered 'The Ripper', but I'm not sure if that's true because it's certainly not Bruce's voice, too high to be Blaze and too modern sounding to be Paul (as in more modern production).
'Electric Eye' also seems to have been covered and again the voice sounds like Paul singing but the production job seems to be too modern. It's most likely to be Paul though beacuse it's closer to his voice.
I downloaded these so I don't know where else they can be found.

Have Maiden ever covered a Judas Priest song or vice-versa?

I have seen these on mp3 downloading websites etc but they are probably fakes. Maverick seems to be right about these kind of things so I would trust his answer of simple "No"
Went with Bruce on this one, Blaze did great on his albims and I haven't heard much of Paul's music but from watching a few Maiden videos, you gotta say Bruce did better on stage then Blaze. Not just musically but just the way he acts.
His versions of Heaven Can Wait, Wrathchild, Iron Maiden and Afraid To Shoot Strangers are actually very nicely done, I prefer his AtSS to Bruce's anyday.

Another example for why you should never trust tags of MP3s you downloaded.
I have 'The Ripper' as well, and there are certain parts where it sounds like a random Maiden vocalist, but Id agree that it isnt Maiden.
Other covers that Im in possesion of:
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - Black Sabbath
Electic Eye - Judas Priest (Live, it does sound like Bruce on vocals for this one)
The Zoo - Scorpions
Iron Man - Black Sabbath

I have Sabbath Bloody Sabbath aswell, it's from a bootleg from 1980 in Edinburgh and it seems authentic. I'm not sure about the others and some of them do sound dodgy. All I can say is don't trust mp3 file sharing software.

Why was it recorded at an Iron Maiden gig then?
EDIT: I realise now it's a studio recording, my mistake.

I thought of a great idea. How about Mariah Carey doing a duet in Run to the Hills with Bruce, no problems hitting the high notes there! However, she'd probably have to pre-record her parts first for the miming. Bruce, of course. Followed (not so closely) by Paul. I never liked Blaze; not that he's not a good singer (Wolfsbane isn't bad0 but I never felt his style fit Maiden at all.
