...and probably earn alot more money doing «book/speaking events» rather than touring with his own band. He probably only need to pay some booking agent and a manager, if he were touring with a band, he would have to split with the band, manager, crew, pr etcIt's not like he tours it for several months at the time. How many book shows has he done this year? Five? He is only "wasting" his own spare time.
