OK.
The CAR one was used as a main backup in 1999 for the cream Fender from Raising hell, but then Dave first got the black Floyd Rose Classic Strat with Hot Rails, which moved the Jackson to the not-used backup spot. That guitar was soon followed by the cream Floyd Rose Classic Strat, which made the Raising Hell strat a not-used backup (although, it was still occasionally played on Iron Maiden).Speaking of NPFTD, does anyone know what happened to Dave’s 90s Jacksons? The CAR and the White ones? I miss seeing this two beauties live.
Thank you for the reply!! Do you know also what happened to the white one? AFAIK that one was last used in 1993 and there was a time where it was used as the guitar to throw around during IM. So considering that, it got trashed during 1993 or it is in Maiden’s warehouse? The CAR one was used as a main backup in 1999 for the cream Fender from Raising hell, but then Dave first got the black Floyd Rose Classic Strat with Hot Rails, which moved the Jackson to the not-used backup spot. So, I think the Jackson was carried for the rest of 1999 tour and was retired to the Iron Maiden warehouse, where it should still reside.
The interesting thing would be to see what guitars Davey carried on BNW tour. We know that 2003 tour brought the Wayne and main California Series Strat, but the question is what was the 3rd and possibly 4th guitar during BNW cycle (he for sure wouldn't tour with just 2).
My guess would be it's dinged up, but still in the warehouse.Thank you for the reply!! Do you know also what happened to the white one? Yes mate, could be, thanks again for the reply! My guess would be it's dinged up, but still in the warehouse.
Probably the white Jackson Strat from the early 90's. For a 4th one, maybe the red Candy Apple Strat (used in 1998) or the white HSS Strat from GME tour. The interesting thing would be to see what guitars Davey carried on BNW tour. Nah. Those 2 were gone at that point. I'd say the Raising Hell Strat and/or the CAR Jackson.Probably the white Jackson Strat from the early 90's. For a 4th one, maybe the red Candy Apple Strat (used in 1998) or the white HSS Strat from GME tour.
The name of the finish of the one with the Strat headstock is either Daphne Blue or Sonic Blue. In certain lighting conditions, it looks like Seafoam Green as well.It isn't. That one has a different headstock. The backup/Clairvoyant ESP is baby blue and has a Strat headstock.
This one is electric blue with an ESP headstock.
Yeah, sonic blue. Different companies, different colour charts. The name of the finish of the one with the Strat headstock is either Daphne Blue or Sonic Blue. In certain lighting conditions, it looks like Seafoam Green as well.
Yeah, he recieved loads of ESPs. But only the electric blue, sonic blue and the cream ones saw the stage AFAIK.So, are there others ?
I think Jackson copied the neck profile from his Kossoff Strat on the red one. The most interesting thing is that the ESP's were gone during NPFTD sessions and the 64 Strat reappeared as a backup, now with a Floyd.Interview Dave Murray | Maiden France

In this French interview from 1991, he said that his last guitar that ESP made for him was undoubtedly the best he had ever owned. So why did he go back to Jackson and Fender? (Sorry, my english is not perfect)
Impossible to tell from that image. But if I had to bet, I'd say no. The 64 was far more dinged up at that point. It would've had a Floyd nut at that point too.Great, thank you.
The 64 strat for the NPFTD tour really? I didn't know. Are there videos of this?
I have this photo from the studio during the recording of TXF in 95's summer. Is this also the strat 64? i see the locking nut behind the nut, but the color of the headstock is different.
