He flew to London earlier this year to do the Legacy of the Royals snare drum release + signing at Drum One, though

He didn't perform, though. I get the feeling it's the combination that's the issue - air travel and having to perform multiple times each week. Not to mention the usual travel woes with sleep and such which surely didn't help. Totally different when you get to sleep in your own bed and go perform a single show in the general area, and then go back home and recuperate.
