Like, the tickets show up on the AXS app, so i don't understand why i potentially would need the O2 app as well.. fucking useless system they have created for themselves

Exactly. Ticketmaster app says "Mobile ID via The O2 Venue App". O2 Venue App still won't link to my Ticketmaster account but has no problem linking to my AXS account - which now shows the ticket I purchased from Ticketmaster. Also all the Venue app seems to do when showing my AXS account is load up the AXS app (which I can load up separately with much less faff)

It worked very smoothly for me (different type of engineer though ).

Nothing beats paper tickets though.

We have 'live' QR codes where I am now that you can't screenshot, but you're still able to cache them and access them offline either in the Ticketmaster app or by saving to Google/apple wallet.

As always, some people were worried about them falling out, as if they weren't adults who have been in the same band for over 20 years.

That’s why you screenshot them before the show.

You can do that with the Ticketmaster ones (they actually sensibly provide a shortcut to download them) but not the AXS ones, where the QR code changes every 60 seconds
