Bruce did say in Brazil clearly 'see you all next year' unless he was completely wrong I say there is good odds of a few NA shows on the back end of the south american tourNot sure I can wait until 2024 for TFPT to come to the states. Always wanted to go to Amsterdam!
I'm sure I've heard this before...I think you’re all dreaming if you think Deja Vu will get played.
"Feeling kinda cute. Might go on an Iron Maiden forum and shit on the band and their fans"Ah Christ, I know I'm gonna be in the minority here because I don't grovel up every new Iron Maiden album anymore, but man, I wish it was just a little throwback Tour with a focus on Somewhere in Time. Hell dude, 3 songs from Senjutsu is 45 minutes of the show right there. How can I be excited about this?. That all being said IF Sea of Madness or Deja Vu it's an instant buy from me.
Anyways, back to the mindless fanboy worship:
You must have a different version of the album than me.Hell dude, 3 songs from Senjutsu is 45 minutes of the show right there
What 3 songs from Senjutsu total 45 minutes? They would have to be 15 minutes each to do that and the longest song is under 13 minutes.Hell dude, 3 songs from Senjutsu is 45 minutes of the show right there.
You might consider come to the Antwerp gig.Not sure I can wait until 2024 for TFPT to come to the states. Always wanted to go to Amsterdam!

Cmon, that's a top 10 Maiden song right there. Also the "mindless fanboy worship" is hilarious when juxtaposed against calling for Deja-Vu, the worst song of the 80s
I have no idea if Shirley mixed they whole set
Cmon, that's a top 10 Maiden song right there.
Doug Hall did Killers so I'd say not.
Those B sides are incredible.Kevin Shirley mixed Man on the Edge and Futureal. Doug Hall mixed Wasted Years, Aces High, Killers and Powerslave.
Now hold up there. Also the "mindless fanboy worship" is hilarious when juxtaposed against calling for Deja-Vu, the worst song of the 80s
Please NOT! The Wacken confirmation was a bitter pill to take already, so please NOT ANOTHER FESTIVAL in Germany. I don't want to waste money and time on other bands that don't interest me at all while waiting to see Maiden. Probably even Powerwolf again.I don't know why this is suddenly seen as likely:
"Iron Maiden headliner at Rock im Park/Rock am Ring 2023?
The chances for that are apparently not bad!"
Indeed. In fact the riffs and tempo are superb, as are the solos. It's all let down by piss poor lyrics and melodies. It wouldn't make a top 10 of SIT.
EDIT: joke is a bit too harsh, the harmony section is decent enough, but the lyrical content and vocal melodies are appalling and even put the likes of Quest for Fire in the halfpenny place.
