Going to the Wembley gig next Saturday. Absolutely buzzing.
I was thinking only about bands from Europe. You forgot about Metallica.
Well deserved. I've been fortunate enough to have seen them at Sweden Rock in 2007 when they "headlined" the warm-up day. Now they headline the festival instead. I have also seen them twice at their hometown Rockstad/sabaton Open Air festival (which is sadly no more) and once in a small venue during their crazy Sweden tour, where they played almost literally every town in the land. They are one of the most fun live acts I've seen. They were a good support act for Maiden in 2013, but yeah, they don't need to open for anybody at this point, Maiden included.Anybody going to see them on this massive arena tour in Europe?
Still cant belive that Sabaton is biggest metal band in Europe minus Maiden and Rammstein. I would say they sell even more tickets than Nightwish.
God I fucking hate when music videos have their own sound, it distracts from the song.
The song is ok, marching chorus, but more than that it's by the numbers as it gets. The guitar riffing during the instrumental section is cool, but too short. Appreciate the lyrics theme.
What a boring, derivative slab of nothing.
Throughout the aptly titled "Legends", which blends rock and history for fans of all ages, SABATON — Joakim Brodén (vocals),Pär Sundström (bass),Chris Rörland (guitar),Thobbe Englund (guitar),Hannes Van Dahl (drums) — delve into some of history's greatest and most loved characters such as Jeanne D'arc (also known as Joan Of Arc),Napoleon Bonaparte, Julius Caesar and the legendary swordmaster Miyamoto Musashi.
Basically. But that’s not the worst thing that could happen. Looking forward to the album, and seeing them in Oslo later this year. Also, two new singles that...well...they sound like Sabaton ripping off Sabaton.
Yeah, the albums are basically just an excuse to tour at this point. I will always go to see Sabaton live, but damn do I wish the new material were more interesting.Basically. But that’s not the worst thing that could happen. Looking forward to the album, and seeing them in Oslo later this year.
