This is correct. Steve's said a few times that's what he wanted to call it. In one interview from around the time of release, he said he wanted to call it Bloody World's Hands. Thankfully, they went with The X Factor instead.

has a chance - Seventh Son.
(maybe) have a smaller chance - Powerslave, No Prayer Killers.

Blood on the World's Hands was always a song I would have liked to have heard Bruce sing.

No date in Greece could only possibly mean that Bruce wants to keep Alexander the Great in the set.

Is it sure that that wasn't just a marketing trick to get Priest headlines, get attention? So much would have to be arranged and agrreed for this and then it was all revised so quickly again and all involved seemed to be fine with all of it. Odd.
