RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Just a tiny bit of information... Poland doesn't have FOS standing. There are only early entry tickets, which are kinda pointless because of FTTB.

Got that info directly from Polish FC members.
Ah, I didn't knew they do that (I just saw a sector in front of stage which appeared as sold out). Was it first come first served kind of thing or were they more expensive? (Dream Theater charged 20 euros more on their last European tour).

PS Funny thing, one time when I won FTTB and still didn't came first - Bruce Air's guests enter 20-30 minutes befire FTTB winners (Italy 2010).

I don't see any chance. Just because someone asked Steve in an interview and he answered with a hope doesn't mean anything. I think he would give the same answer to most of the songs. But, if they play it I would be over the moon!

Alexander the Great was played, after all. So it's not out of the question to speculate. Still, it's a long shot, but Only the Good Die Young would propably work out. Bruce can still sing it.

I also have no expectations for them to play it but imagine....
It would work so well live i think, maybe even as an opener

Not same. There was a huge demand towards Alexander since Somewhere in Time tour. And it grew a lot, the song became a cult song. Bruce sang little parts in Greece concerts, many interviewers asked etc.

And the song is one of the fan favorites of all time. I shared a page from FC mag in 1993 in my Instagram page recently, this was the conclusions of a huge poll amongst FC members at the time. And Alexander the Great was chosen as the 4th best song (with equal votes with Aces High and Phantom of the Opera. It's above Rime of the Ancient Mariner) Even though it wasn't played live, it wasn't a single, band never promoted it, not have done a shirt design whatever and it got that response in the golden years. I'm attaching the page below (ignore my writing on the page):

From Here to Eternity didn't age well at all. It wouldn't be in the top 50 now.

What do you think is the chance of them playing Only the Good Die Young? Any one else that has that as their ultimate song to hear live or just me?
For me, it's definetelly the song that I would choose from all the never played ones. And it would be the one even if Alexander wasn't played yet. Only the Good Die Young is in my top 10. Although I know it's not likely, I think it's not impossible. And, based on the poster hints, we have the axe covered with blood in the front of the moon, what may be seen as "the moon is red and bleeding". Who knows, one can dream...

Probably OTGDY is the never played song that I'd choose too. Loneliness of the long distance runner has been played once. I'd choose that, it it counts
For the albums on this RFYL tour? Loneliness would probably be my first choice.
Although I think Sun and Steel would be a rousing crown pleaser live. And on a personal note, I would go nuts if they shocked everyone and did Burning Ambition.

Having said that, most of my favorite unplayed live songs are reunion songs: at the top of the list are (chronological order): Montsegur, Isle of Avalon, Starblind, The Parchment.

It's not completely out of the question, since Steve mentioned it, but it's a long shot and he also mentioned Long Distance Runner before the last tour (it's like a never played live song), so. Although it's a much harder song for the band. My ultimate song from the never played ones? No, more are from the Reunion era and the 90's (especially for this tour), but it's up there and from the 80's along with Deja-Vu. A good and easy live song I imagine.

This.

I think I would like Sun And Steel more live now than on the record.

True, but after Alexander anything is possible. We'll find out from this tour.

I know it was a recent single at the time, but From Here To Eternity in the Top 10 fans poll! Wow. A nice surprise. I thought something like Be Quick was more likely. I guess it's the catchiness. Btw, they have enough popular 90's songs among the fans:
Tailgunner (EH compilation)
No Prayer For The Dying (probably)
Bring Your Daughter
Be Quick Or Be Dead (EH compilation)
From Here To Eternity
Afraid To Shoot Strangers
Wasting Love
Judas Be My Guide
Fear Of The Dark
Sign Of The Cross
Lord Of The Flies
Man On The Edge (right)
Futureal
The Clansman

A whole setlist!

In the Favorite Album poll, the debut is in last place in 1993...!? Killers is ahead of SIT, FOTD was recent.

I think the video of From Here to Eternity was new at the time and it was a good looking video rotating in mtv. the song is also on the favorite video clips list on number 4. and the tour was still going on and the song was working good live.

yeah, killers above somewhere in time, wtf :) (i love killers but...)
