Bought Primordial's new album yesterday.  It hasn't quite caught me as much as a few songs on the last album, but enjoyable listening nonetheless.  Less catchy, more atmospheric.

I don't really like progressive rock/metal, but I want to check out Rush. What is their most accessible/catchy and (at the same time) most metallish album?

I didn't see this response, but I think Moving Pictures is great!  I know that it is almost the 'cliche' Rush album, but it is really hard to not like most of what is on there.  Even if you discount Tom Sawyer as too 'popular' to listen to, Red Barchetta (best ever), Limelight, Witch Hunt and YYZ (if you don't want any words...)

Even though it is played on radio all the time, I still love to listen to Tom Sawyer. I never get tired of it.

Oh, yeah, me too! I love it, but it seems that some people shy away from it because of its fame.

Pump is a really good album.  F.I.N.E is just catchy as hell.  Aerosmith has certainly put out their share of great records.

You might know some of Permanent Waves. Spirit Of Radio and Freewill are very popular songs.

You know what Mosh!... for some reason I had never heard those songs before, "For I Have Dined On Honey Dew" I get it now... I also saw Hemispheres but I will leave that one to next time, and I think I will get one of their more recent albums too.

:O That album is literally perfect. Only 4 songs, but each one is a gem. Especially La Villa Strangiato!  :notworthy: But those two are still pretty good. AFTK I'm not too familiar with but I do like all the songs on it.

Iron Maiden-Best Of The Beast

Listening to those songs again made me remember how much I love them!  :edmetal:
