Check this video out, it's a video blog that Nicko's son does, I guess.

Anyway, at about 2:50, they mention that Nicko's going on tour soon with Maiden, and Nicko says "it'll be a lot of fun playing the songs from the last four albums [...]".

Unsurprising that Nicko's the one to (sort of) spill the beans. He did something similar a few weeks ago in an interview, although I can't remember for the life of me where I read it.

Justin's growing up to be a lot like his pop. Good to see that McBrain humor carrying on.

Yeah, but "Alexander The Great" is the title of the song, not "Greece".

Of course Maiden will play it. They pretty much have to. Just like Weird Al cannot play a show in Albuquerque and skip that song, even if he plays it nowhere else.

I wouldn't be surprised.  Transylvania is an established classic that's been played live many times, and all the current members have played it at least once on tour.

The only song Maiden played in the Netherlands that I've missed, since I'm into them.
(I missed two Dutch gigs: one of them was in 1993 which featured this mighty instrumental.)

If it's going to be played, I am terribly curious if that will be in Transylvania only, or also at the other gigs.

Isn't the recorded track of "Transylvania" usually played before "Doctor, Doctor"? I've heard about this numerous times and I remember in the Flight 666 DVD where a crowd in South or Central America is jumping to a recording of it.

Yes. But I imagine that to see it live would be an awesome experience.

No joke. I was just curious. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the Transylvanian audience that they open with it. That would be unbelievable.

No. Doctor[sup]2[/sup] always comes first. On some tours, Transylvania has then been played over the PA.

Gotchya. I've known that "Doctor, Doctor" is always played, but I didn't know how often "Transylvania" was.
