I was excited to see them keep on winning.  Tho, I"m also happy to see the Jackets in the playoffs.
Hey, how bout that fantasy hockey season?  I finished the season down 19 goalie games (from when Brodeur was injured). 
 
I think I ended in 4th and that pissed me off. I had a solid hold on the 3rd spot all season. I started in 1st, went to 6th, scratched my way back up to 3rd and held. Until last week... fing BS :p

Correct LC. I still have the Boston Globe with the Quebecois headline "Au Revior!" The Bruins self destructed and both The Odor and Richard Zednick were red hot. That was also the series that saw Kyle McLaren give the old world elbow to Zednick.
 
I remember when Ribeiro was looking like an egg frying on the ice ROFLMAO. That was also when Kovalev cost the team a win when he was trying to sell the slash he took on the hand instead of making the play.
 
Looks like the closest series will be Pens vs Flyers and I wouldn't be surprised if the Flames beat Chicago.
 
Chicago is going to beat the Flames, though I am naturally pulling for the Flames as my second choice after Le Club de Hockey Canadien.
 
I think the Flames have the experience  and physicality to win the series. If they can play big and strong up the middle and in the corners they can slow the game down enough to grind out a win. If they try to match speed....they are done. Plus it depends on how Kippers will be in goal for the Flames. I want to see that Boston/ Montreal series!! Anyway I get to watch the Rangers/Caps tonight!!(thanks ComCast).
 
I don't like the 'Hawks, and haven't seen much of the Flames-- however, the Flames lost the reg season series 2-4 against Chitown.  I think that Chicago is feeling sassy and playing well at the right time... and the Flames don't have a great history of playing well in the playoffs (do they?  i remember them them as 'chokers')
 
BlackHawks have alot of green players. But Khabibulin has a ring. I think Iginla wants one REAL BAD. I think he could be the guy for Calgary. I think I can get the Philly/Pittsburgh game on Versus.

On another note, The Islanders got the first pick. I hope they pick Hedman and not Tavares.
 
IF Calgary wins the cup, Iginla will win the Conn Smythe.  That'll also slot his place in the HHOF when all is said and done, too.  But for now?  We shall have to see.

Go Rangers and Pens! Holy crap man!

Tortella was right to assess that they barely squeaked by. They won thanks to Lunqvist and Theodore. I knew once Washington lost Huet that goaltending was going to be there most glaring weakness and I was right :D.

As for the pens, man, they made me a believer, if they can keep this up they'll face the Bruins in the conference finals.
 
Wasted, buddy, start streaming some shit!  There's a couple good games on right now - MTL vs. BOS is good so far, 2-2, Kovalev decided to come play tonight it seems!
