I 'm sorry mates but I think I don't have the time these days to be able to commit to a fantasy league. I have a good day if I can play a full game of NHL on PS2 without being interrupted by my wife, kids or somebody at work that needs to know how to do something.  :mad:
 
So this sucks. Gonchar is undergoing shoulder surgery and will be out 4-6 months, ON TOP OF Whitney being out 3-5 months becaue of foot surgery.


On other cool news, Vancouver named Luongo Captain. I thought Goalies couldn't be captains and I can't find out how he became one because I'm at work and the fucking story is in video interview form! Whatever happened to old-fashion WRITTEN articles!?
 
So, Saturday, right?  Game on!  Watch out, the Blues mite blow, but my fantasy team is gonna make up for it!!!
 
Well, Luongo, basically he's captain, but he can't wear the C and run up and down the ice.  So Willie Mitchell does all the captain stuff.

In all seriousness, I was oft named captain of my house league hockey teams, because I was the only one who gave 100%.  Or yelled at people.
 
And you played goalie? That's cool :D

There was a normal article on it today and yeah, he can be Captain, but can't handle ceremonial stuff (Ohlund will do that) or talk to officials (Mitchell will do that).
 
I will be suprised if my Bluseshirts will be in this year, with no Jagr or Sean Avery. I guess Gomez better step it up a notch.
