Iginla goes to the Penguins. Shero is going for broke. Where's Onhell, I assume he is masturbating furiously about this news...
 
LOL, actually just found out from you. I agree, Shero wants a cup NOW, why else get an aging star? Sure Iginla still has it, but he's not the player that put up 97 points at one point. Personally I think they should've gotten a defenseman. Besides, I'm a bigger bruins fan ;). My brother and my Girlfriend are the Pen fans, my brother more so. I'm still teaching my GF some hockey history, rivalries and whatnot. Can't fault her on her choice of team though. I still think the Bruins have a better chance as they are more sound defensively and in net. Fleury is far from being a stalwart like Brodeur or Roy. Rask is more consistent and he's not old like say.. Vokoum.
 
The Penguins have to be cursed. They never have everyone healthy, Crosby hit in the face with a puck, Letang out, Neal as well.... good grief. Odd how they were doing just fine before all their moves and now with all the new players can't get it together. The Bruins got Jagr and I'm excited. Yet another aging Pen (Recchi) they add to their roster at the right time. Though I'm still hoping for a Hawks v. Pens '91 rematch :)
 
Ovi Ovi Ovi (Even tho most goals are against non playoff teams) and about time the leafs are gonna make the playoffs I was 14 the last time they made it, dont even remember who they played.
 
I am hooping the Stars(who have been playing well after traiding Morrow and Jagr) eak into the 8 seed, so I can go to some Hawks playoff games here.
 
That would be pretty cool, actually. I expect Habs fans often want Florida to be opposite them so they can fly down for some games.
 
Yeah, some relatives are thinking of coming down if it happens, it is cheaper to fly to Dallas (they save on hotel since they can stay with us) than it is to buy a playoff Hawks ticket at scalper prices at the United Center.
 
That's what it is too in Montreal. Since I don't live in Montreal, it is about half the price for me to see a game in Florida. I could also get right behind the benches too. That's awesome.
 
Mild concussion :(, Love that guy. I like this Bruin squad A LOT :). I don't smell a Cup if only because of the insane parity now a days, but I would not be surprised if they make it to the Final again.
 
I really don't like Brad Marchand. Interestingly enough, this is not because he is a dick on the ice. It is because he is a dick in real life. Nova Scotia's hockey community is not a big place, and he is...well known for his assholeness within it.
