Predictions for the upcoming Super Bowl season:

Matthew Stafford will break Peyton's 2013 record for most passing yards in a season. The Lions still won't make the playoffs.
Chiefs win the AFC west. Broncos get a wild card, and survive deeper into the playoffs than the Chiefs.
RGIII has a roaring comeback year and Redskins win the NFC East, adding more fire to the team name controversy.
Manziel and Bridgewater are both starting by week 8, and both lead their teams one game short of the playoffs.
Drew Brees has an off year and the Saints are not a factor.
New England wins their division but gets swept by the Dolphins.
Super Bowl: Packers over Patriots
No. 1 draft pick in 2015: Titans

Progress report:
Stafford has 1176 yards through 4 games, on pace for 4704. The record is 5477. Stafford needs 65 more yards per game to make it.
KC is one game behind Denver in the AFC West.
RGwho?
Bridgewater is now starting, still waiting on Manziel.
Brees is doing well, but the Saints are 1-3.
New England isn't looking very good. Dolphins beat them once, waiting on the second game.

The glorious Green Bay Packers beat the Vikings almost as hard as Adrian Peterson beats his children! :yey:

Almost as hard, I say, because we're not brutally stupid monsters like Adrian Peterson. We don't whip our children with wooden switches until they're bleeding and laugh about it like Adrian Peterson.

I'm kind of shocked that the Seahawks decided to trade Percy Harvin. That leaves Doug Baldwin as the #1 reciever, and he was supposed to play fourth last year.

Maybe. I'd say its just salary cap issues, he probably wasn't worst the money. Besides Wilson, Lynch and all the Linebackers want new contracts.

Actually I think he got hurt again.

Maybe, but they are running for a repeat and obviously have the cap room this year. I could have seen it in the off season to clear cap room. They were already pretty thin at WR and even if he did not have the catches, he was the only threat they had to stretch the field vertically. Now defenses do not have to worry about that

That was printed in the Seattle Times the day before the trade. Pete Carroll was making statements to that effect in several interviews in the days before the trade. Either Carroll didn't know it was coming, or he was talking Harvin up as part of the trade game.

Reports are that Harvin was a locker room cancer, fighting with Lynch and Wilson in particular. Supposedly punched Tate in the face last year. Note that when Tate was sent to Detroit, the rest of the team instantly tweeted him a fond farewell. No one is tweeting for Harvin.

It is Packers-Bears week again and time for trash talk. Even the Chicago papers are trashing Jay Cutler...

That's a picture of every time the Packers have intercepted Cutler, on the Sun Times front page. Warms my heart. :D
