:bigsmile: I'm on a bad run at the minute. Hopefully I'll get to see Monsters soon and all will be well once again.
 
i've just watched House on the Edge of the Park, pretty disturbing film and feel dirty now so I'm currently watching Rock in Rio, gonna probably watch LAD and the Early Days dvd's too seeing as I have the house to myself tonight.
 
Last night I watched Get Shorty. I actually liked John Travolta and Rene Russo looked sexy, so I guess the movie succeeded as far as I'm concerned  ;)
 
Monsters? who is that with? what year? main plot line? It's just that I have all these other movies with "monster(s)" in their titles, that I can't really place it.
 
Looks like 3 TV shows I really like are getting the ax. 
Good Guys (FOX), funny show, good mindless plots with some really good acting
Terriers (FX), very well done show, intersting plot lines and some good charecters
Rubicon (AMC), fabulous show, very interesting.

Gutted about The Good Guys. Whitford was on fire every damn week. WTF is wrong with people??

Me too, Dan is one of the better characters going on TV and I thought Colin Hanks was really solid on the show as well (also liked him during his season on Mad Men).

I hope a cable station might try to pick this up, it would be a good fit on USA.
 
Tron Legacy, EPIC! Well, met MY expectations. MUCH more action driven than the original, understandably so, but still awesome. GREAT updates on the light cycles and the other games. AMAZING job on a CGI Jeff Bridges... good, good movie with a really good soundtrack by Daft Punk.
 
Tron. Jeff Bridges fucking rules and had some quality "Dude-esque" lines. The chicks were quality and that dark hue that ruins most 3D movies didn't impact on the Tron world because the world itself is so dark. Cool action and Daft Punk's John Carpenter style soundtrack blew me away. Enjoyed it 7/10.
