This is a fantastic album I've always enjoyed with great songs full of strong riffs and melodies. Ian Anderson fantastic work with flute and composing and a Martin Barre's insane guitar tone and guitar solos and arrangements. Highly recommended.
Never listened to this one. Going to check it out.
Artwork reminds me of Wishbone Ash´s Locked In. :)

All the album is full of great songs, maybe more progressive than Crest of a Knave. Flute and guitar are constantly getting together.
I think you will enjoy it. Martin Barre's guitar is insane here.

Curious what you thought. I like the music, but I think the singer they chose was a bad fit for about 2/3 of the songs, unfortunately. And the Christmas song at the end doesn't feel like a Christmas song musically, only lyrically.

The covers of CSNY's "Carry On" and the soul and funk songs worked well overall, I think. And their reworking of Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive" has some serious "Solar Confinement" vibes in the verses, which I liked. But I wish they'd used a different singer for most of it.
