This is vague enough to mean anything, but it could also be read in a way that would allow another album with Nicko, or a couple of songs on future live shows. I imagine when the eventual final show will happen, given he's healthy enough, Nicko would play at least one song to mark the occasion.

I dare say that considering Nicko's health condition, his decision to leave the band is the best for himself and the band as well.

I also think that this is completely his decision and he was the one who persuaded the band to get a replacement and continue. Possibly he chose the replacement.

This guy tried on sunglasses in Bergen 2023 for the first couple of songs of theirs, but they wouldn't stay on of course. The least memorable support act show I have ever seen, but I do remember that. What a turn of events if this happens - and it's gonna officially mean Steve has lost it.

Jason Bonham sounds like a real, sensible idea - getting a new younger drummer in the band won't take away that the other band members are in their mid 60s and being fronted by a cancer survivor.

I wonder if the guys have played with the new drummer already, without us knowing? Surely, they wouldn't hire a new drummer without knowing how well they perform together?
