Probably. You can also term it with feedback with which you disagree.

There's a bunch of those questions, then we ask situational questions, like "Give us a time where you got negative feedback from a supervisor and how you dealt with it".

Did you insist on strict adherence to the STAR method in the answer?

My first ever job interview was a group interview for a Christmas temp job as a supermarket (Asda). It was so awkward because I went in there with a Masters degree and felt so out of place. There was a 16 year old still at high school and a woman who normally works in a beauty salon. I didn't get that job, which I am actually quite glad about. The next interview I had was for a proper career job which fit my qualifications, but I didn't get that one either.
