Well, incredibly, someone is on the news who was in the pub when the helicopter hit. There was a band playing at the time.

If you want the old Windows on Windows 8, all you have to do is click "desktop" in the lower left corner.

Not sure if that was possible with the initial release. As far as I know that's a 8.1 feature.

Anyway, I reinstalled everythign again and it's up and running like it should again. I acidentally installe dwin 7 Ultimate, so my key doesn't work but that's a problem for Future Yax.

Future Yax has three options.
1 and most preferable: My friend might have a spare key, as he's got access to all Microsoft licenses through his school, save for office.
2. Hack. I found an unofficial guide to force a downgrade.
3. Reinstall again, with the proper iso.

But as I said, that's a problem for Future Yax!

Crap ... I just read about it. According to Sky News there are at least six dead This is not confirmed by other sources, though, so I hope Sky are wrong.

There are still people trapped inside the building that the rescue services are talking to. The news says 32 injured and 3 fatalities so far.
