Haha! I can't say I blame you! That is mostly what I do, as well. Recently, I've been trying to 'grow' my arms a little, but once I get to a point I can just maintain, I'll be introducing more back into the diet :)
 
That being said, I try to keep the bulk of my diet on the healthy side, but an ascetic lifestyle is not for me.

Tonight's dinner: Pork fillet with fried mushrooms and boiled rice. Added to this, some tomato, cucumber, and a little lingonberry jam. Yum!
 
Nor me. I know the proper way to eat, but just have a hard time following through. I've been trying to workout each day for appx 1 hour, and have a healthy breakfast/protein shake. The rest of the day, my eating is somewhat suspect :) However, I do stay away from soda and sugary drinks. Mostly water, coffee, tea, and some juice (when it's 100% juice).
 
I'm at work on my day off, planning and preparing for what is sure to be a hellish December schedule.
But I've left orders that I'm not to be disturbed and I've got maiden cranked on the headphones.
So thing's aren't actually that bad.
 
Man, I have ham and mashed potatoes in the fridge at home. But I bet my girls eat it all before I get home! :)
