Perun is right, Azas.
I'm not saying he's not right. Imo, latest shit storm was nothing exceptional. Just imo.
Regarding your reply:
"This sounds like propaganda for 5 year olds. Delusional."

My answer. Half jokingly:
Dude, number five is literally written in your nickname. Projecting much? Sigmund Freud?

Edit: also, if mods will decide to abolish all political threads, it will be the End of the World. And I mean it.

In that case we will be forced to turn our attention to Nicko's hypothetical face lift. And believe me, that's where real MADNESS unfolds.

My dad passed away tonight. :(
Think I will have some break from the forum

Thank you for the inspiration
Thank you for the smiles
All the unconditional love
That carried me for miles
It carried me for miles
But most of all thank you for my life

Rest in peace sweet father. Forever in my <3
I'm sorry for your loss, mate. Been there and it sucks.

Anyone else find March has a weird vibe? I think it's because it's a transitional month between winter and spring, starting in one season and ending in another makes it feel like it hasn't got its own identity. I kinda think of it as the real start of the year as well, January and February feel like a hangover from the year before, with it still being winter it's like the old year hasn't quite finished, and they can be pretty dull months with little notable going on to remember them for.

March always feels like the calm before the storm that is April. You never know what you get with that one. You can have hot and sunny days, stormy rainfall or even snow. Basically anything can happen in that chaotic month.

Yeah. In my country - mid-latitude climate - March is always the Month of Grey. Desolation and Grayness. Not the full on winter, not the full on spring. Meh.

That's true, even here I've seen record-breaking warmth and snow in April, in separate years obviously. I like April though, for me it generally feels quite calm. We've left the quiet winter behind (though I do still like winter too), things are picking up but we're not in the chaos of summer yet.

Man, I need to post something on a political thread. I gotta... That withdraval syndrome is real and no joke!

I'd love you
I'd please you
I'd tell you that I'd never leave you
And love you 'til the end of time
If you were in these arms tonight, oh yeah, yeah

Huh, It looks like I got a fever and the only prescription is more amateur political analysis.

I actually love March for that. The transition months are my favorites. September/October and March/April, always great.

September is probably my favorite month. Autumn is my favorite season and September is the perfect interlude. Still quite warm but not scorchingly hot like in summer. The leaves start falling, the days aren't as short as during the winter months yet. Used to be annoying during school/uni because that's when classes usually started again, but now I'm really enjoying it.

Also, great time to take vacations in the northern hemisphere, since folks with kids will be at home again, so things are generally less crowded and tickets are cheaper than during June or July.

It's funny that, despite being transitional, September and October don't give me the same off-feeling as March does. Might be because I love the autumn and am happy to see it again, or because it feels like a more natural progression, whereas winter > spring feels a bit more sudden.

Autumn is absolutely my favourite season too. I love the warm colours of the lower sun and the changing leaves, I can catch the sunrise on my drive to work, the weather is cool without being uncomfortably cold, and I much prefer wearing warmer clothes, I look better and feel more comfortable in them, therefore feeling more confident in myself. It also means I can break out my autumn playlist, and again it just feels a bit calmer than the chaotic summer.

Yeah, it suddenly got mild here after months of single digit temperatures. Had to open the window last night.

We're in that weird spot where it's near-zero in the morning (it was minus two first thing today) but around 10C in the daytime.

Oh yeah, that's also a thing for me. I prefer wearing a light jacket instead of always running around in t shirts.

My favorite time of the year is SUMMER (mid-latitudes climate). From May to friggin September. Everything is blooming in May, then radiant green and sunny, warm/hot June, July, August (not so radiant green anymore, more brownish tones, flora heat-exhausted) and then, by today's standards still sunny September, but you literally see how Sun is leaving your latitude. It rises much lower in the sky and it's not so warming anymore.
Swimming in the lakes, which we have plenty, is one of the most wonderful activities in the summer along hiking in the forests or simply meadows. Paradise!
Summer rocks big time. Life is all around you and Death is not so visible...

November through January are useless as my local airfield is a fog magnet during those months. December has Christmas as a redeeming feature and in January skiing becomes a possibility. The rest of the year is awesome ... until my flying budget is exhausted, that is.
