As I was saying before, the neighbour below us has been complaining about us flooding his bathroom due to a leak in our pipes. After a few weeks of leaks happening periodically, we got a new plumber company and they told us that all the pipes in that area need to be replaced, which means trashing the bathroom and kitchen walls, as those pipes are connected (bathtub and kitchen sink and bathroom toilet). Gonna be enormous costs for the replacement and then additional costs to fix the bathroom after it gets trashed. Might have to migrate to mom's place until that gets fixed. I can still use the 2nd bathroom but it only has a toilet and a small sink.

I just got an advertising e-mail from a hotel chain with the headline "It's never too late for a spontaneous holiday trip".
