trying to find the thread where last fall someone posted the longest instrumental passages in the middle of Maiden songs (TRATB, EOTC, etc). Thought it was in the TBOS album thread, but don't see it. Anyone remember what thread it was in?
 
Eddie Rips Up the World...Maiden tours US, but only as part of Ozzfest. They are last band to go on prior to Sabbath which means they only play about 10 songs. However, on at least one night (August 9, 2005 in CO), Ozzy is too messed up to perform so Maiden headline and play the full set (17 songs as on the European leg). Anyone know if this happened at more than one date on Ozzfest tour? Unfortunately, before Ozzfest reached Texas (where I live), Maiden dropped off the tour so I never saw this.

Update: I think someone got off much worse than me few days ago, considering those doors don't have glass anymore. Only noticed it today, there's just tape across the door frame but no glass. Can't hit my head on that! :P

You should find out who did this and shake his/her hand. Look for someone with a lacerated face.
 
I should've mentioned it's in the genes 'cause my dad actually managed to walk through glass doors when he was my age, then went home all cut up and tried to hide it :D
