Haven't heard of the "loopy Mass Bulking Stack physique"; but if Beard Czar says it's good, I'm cool with that. Can't wait for the explosive, severe animated activity routines too!

A question people, do you think it's possible to learn how to swim at 20 without taking lessons? With just a person watching out for your safety nearby? I've taken lessons before but I never advanced to the stages without the kickboard.

I need to start swimming because of my neck, back and waist problems.

Different people learn different ways. Some people find it comes naturally, especially if they practice with floats. I was taught one swimming stroke in lessons, but couldn't do it and ended up swimming a completely different stroke on my own.

Not necessary if you're learning in water that's only chest/neck-deep.

As long as you know what you're meant to do you should be fine.

No, just the Sunday, but I'll have a lot of work to finish, possibly running over to the Saturday, because I've got a week off. Holidays are sometimes more hassle than they're worth because of the amount of loose ends and extra work to do beforehand.
