I am so tired. I ended up going out last night on a whim and had to walk home (partly because I didn't want to pay for a taxi) so I got to bed at 4:30AM. I was only in bed for four hours as I had to get up early to go shopping then go to work. I've been in the library since 1PM trying to write an application for a summer school.

I once went to a show in another city, spent about 2h in a bus, about 3h going to the venue and waiting for the show (it was Guns 'N' Roses :P), then the whole 3h show, 2h walk to get to the bus station, 2h more waiting for the bus and 2h in the bus, all alone :(

About 2 hours  I'll cut him some slack because they played for about 3 hours and 20 minutes. Longest show in the history of that (EXIT) festival and longest show I've ever seen, by far.

I walked back to the train station after I went to Bloodstock festival back in 2013. I'm not sure how long it took me but it was dark and I was walking along a cycle path by the main road. Got to the train station 7 minutes before the last train back to Birmingham.

It was a good story to be fair.

On Friday night I also managed to lose the key to my desk (probably just fell out of my jacket pocket at some point). Inside the desk drawers I had my laptop & charger, phone charger and about £150 worth of books. Fortunately I managed to use the key from another desk to open it but not re-lock it. I'll get in touch with the places I went to on Friday to see if it's turned up. At least I was able to get my laptop out though...
