I am well versed in the arts of procrastination.

I spoke to a guy in December who is coming to the end of his PhD and he said that any young PhD students should forget about going to conferences or socialising and just do their work.:p

At the start of every year I've been at university I've always planned on being really well prepared and working efficiently.:lol:
 
I finally checked out dream theater's north american tour, they're not coming to my city fuck!!!! Oh well comedy festival is next month i'll be there for that then...
 
I'm confused about The Olympics. The opening ceremonies are supposed to be tomorrow night, but it looks like there are some events going on right now. What's up with that?
 
I really don't plan on watching much of the Winter Olympics. I'll watch some events here and there just for curiosity sake but I'm not a sports fan so the whole thing is kind of 'lack luster' for me.
 
I don't really watch the Olympics at all, I watched the Hockey during the summer ones and that was about it. Although in past years I've tended to watch more of the Winter than Summer so who knows, might watch the Ice Hockey,
 
I don't think I've ever seen an event from Winter Olympics yet. I have pretty much no interest in winter sports. Summer Olympics, on the other hand, is something I'm always excited about.
