Funny. I always start from the head.

They die instantly if you do that. Legs first prolongs the agony.

I never really liked Gingerbread, but used to do the same thing with Jelly Babies. Even though they are small, as a kid I would bite Legs > Arms > Head. Apparently they did some study (don't they always) and found that almost always mother's bite the heads first, weird.

To be honest, I find that not too outlandish, and quite interesting from a psychological point of view. Most of these studies are misunderstood anyway.
