I've played War Thunder, it's a bit more flight-sim than World of Warplanes, a decent game and I loved that you can land and such... but something just feels a bit off for me. I certainly find I play better at World of Warplanes!

I don't really have anything to compare it to since its the first flight sim I've played but I'm enjoying it immensely at the moment. Very nice graphics and very easy to get started with although I'm sure there's lots to learn if you wanna get good

The game runs pretty much flawless on my old PC that hasn't seen an update since 2008-ish.. But yeah the internet connection would be important.
