Just done my first swim in more than six months and it feels great! And it's half price to get into the pool on a Wednesday night

Planning on breaking in the pool on Friday for the season ... all the chemicals register good ... temperature is about up to 80 .... all systems go!

I did, I did, thanks! :)

Whose day is it then?
Apparently someone that was having a bad morning switched with me. <_< Didn't have a good start to my day. Was late for work due to road work and after that, things were just not going well. My afternoon was 10 times better though and now that I'm home, all is right with the world again. :D

Confirmed deaths reached to 3 today but the actual number is 8 or 9. Confirmed number of injured people is 4,177, at least 46 of them are in critical condition. At least 4,000 people were arrested.

In today's events :

- 24 people were arrested and "accused of using Twitter to urge people to come to the protests".
- Anonymous and RedHack (a local marxist hack group) hacked into government websites, took many of them down. Anonymous hacked the email server of the prime ministerial website and released all usernames of the network. Syrian Electronic Army hacked into the network of the Turkish minister of the Interior, and published email-accounts and password information.
- Workers, teachers, lawyers went on a strike.
- Protests continued to be held in almost all cities, notably big protests were held in İstanbul, Ankara, Kocaeli, Antalya, Giresun, Artvin and Siirt.
- In Rize (hometown of Erdoğan) protestors were almost lynched, they had to took cover in still are staying there because of the danger outside. AKP supporters attacked a woman who was being put into an ambulance. Mayor of Rize said that the protestors weren't originally from Rize. He was asked whether if he knew everyone in Rize personally, he claimed he knew everybody by sight (and he's not kidding).

Protests have reached its ninth day and are ongoing.

Yeah I saw on twitter today anonymous post a pic of people getting arrested for using twitter. And just because it happens in a country far away like Turkey don't think it can't or won't happen here(i'm talking to the americans) don't think for one second this government is not capable of this type of brutality towards it's own citizens.
On a completely different topic whatever happened to Lauren Harris? Not a fan of her music, just curious as to what happened to her?

I'm not sure what's going on with her either. Now, this is interesting. I just looked her up on wikipedia and I never knew Richie Faulkner who replaced K.K. Downing was also her guitar player!
