IA decided that they were having a 'huge' amount of gang/drug traffic coming into IA from IL, so they decided to make their law just different enough to give them an excuse to pull over someone with tinted windows. this gave them 'entry' to the car to smell for drugs/booze/ whatever....


I think I've deserved the weekend away, after spending an average of more than 11 hours a day in the office over the last two weeks. Finished one journal article yesterday and I'm working on another. The good thing is that the finished article will go straight into my PhD thesis, which means one step closer to finishing it.
