Hey __________no5, it wasn't a dig. Just an observation that I thought I'd share in this everlasting thread. :D

Ok now this is a dilemma :

10 minutes ago the fire alarm of the building call the residents to evacuate immediately, by not using the elevators. Yeah right. I'm living on the 46th floor.
Some Russian neighbors decided to take the risk and go down 46 floors, so I thought it will be cool to give them my number and call me in case it's serious  :D

O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name; Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love.

Thou kicks ass  B)

NICE! Did you go up and say hi?

Nah, he was doing a signing and there was a long queue.

I went in with the intention of viewing some Ibanez guitars. I didn't even know he was going to be there. Funnily enough his table was set up right next to the Ibanez wall so when I told the store assistant I wanted to look at Ibanez guitars he walked me right up next to him. I didn't want to intrude and say hi though. I thought it might look like I was trying to push in while everyone else was waiting in line to get their guitars and photos signed.

Anyway, I'm not really a fan of Slayer and his facial hair scares me...... [awaits uproar]

Yea, I wanted to take a photo with him in the background but had no camera with me

Thought about saying hi but I don't think his security guard would have been happy with me sneaking my hand in-front of the others waiting in line!

I've been thinking for some time now whether to get the "best of" Maiden CDs to make my CD collection more complete. I mean, I have the all the tracks on other CDs anyway - which is why I never brought them. Best of the Beast was the only exception as that had tracks that you could not get on any another official CD. Perhaps I should also get Ed Hunter as that has a game (as well as an unreleased version of Wratchchild with Bruce on vocals, I believe), but Edward the Great and Somewhere Back In Time?

I have Edward the Great.  I woudn't bother with it.  That's the kind of thing you get when you're first into the band.  Best of the Beast has Virus, other than that I seen no reason to get the others.  That's my take.

With the full edition of BotB though you get a lot more than just Virus. You also get the Soundhouse version of "Strange World" and "Iron Maiden".

BotB isn't too bad, really.  Though, wasn't there a 1 cd version and a 2 cd version?

@EW, yep, beered him up!  He's a great guy, always helping me, and loaning me tools.  Last year, when I lost my job and my girls took their bikes into their mom's, he bought them both a bicycle to ride around with him.  I'd trim his lawn with my teeth and still not be able to pay him back.  But, I'd do anything for him.
